Wells Fargo

After being promoted to Recruitment Consultant, I took on comprehensive responsibilities in managing the recruitment lifecycle of junior to senior roles in the Consumer Lending department. This role required a strategic approach to sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top-tier candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align on goals and expectations. My key responsibilities included:

• Conducting calibration calls with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and desired candidate profiles 
• Posting job openings across diverse sourcing channels to attract a wide pool of qualified candidates 
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match their skills and experience with job specifications 
• Extending job offers and managing negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience

I was part of the pioneer recruitment team supporting Wells Fargo, a new client of Q2 HR Solutions, where I played a crucial role in establishing the recruitment process from the ground up. As a Recruitment Specialist, I focused on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for junior to senior level roles in Consumer Lending, Commercial Banking, Wealth Investment Management, and the Enterprise Case Management Office. My responsibilities included:

• Leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter (using Boolean search techniques), JobStreet, Indeed, and Facebook, to identify and attract top-tier talent for both frontline and support roles
• Utilizing applicant tracking systems like Kenexa, ModernHire and Workday to streamline candidate management and ensure an organized recruitment flow
• Conducting interviews and skill assessments to align candidates with specific role requirements
• Building strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs across key functions
• Providing hiring managers with regular progress reports and insights on the talent landscape

I had the opportunity to kickstart my recruiting career as a Sourcing Associate at Genpact (under Quess Corp. Philippines), where I played a pivotal role in sourcing and identifying top candidates for entry-level to mid-level customer service and related roles across various lines of business. My responsibilities included:

• Sourcing and Recruitment: Identified and attracted qualified candidates through a range of platforms, including Facebook (Talkpush), Jobstreet, Indeed, Bossjobs, and Monster, to fill positions in customer service and related roles.
• Employer Branding & Social Media Management: Managed Genpact Philippines’ Facebook page to enhance employer branding, posting recruitment updates, advisories, and branded hiring advertisements to engage prospective candidates.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Assessed candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and overall compatibility by conducting structured interviews via telephone, virtual platforms, and in-person meetings.
• Record Maintenance and Reporting: Ensured the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of candidate records within the ATS (Avature and Taleo), while using Talkpush for candidate engagement and CRM activities to support the recruitment pipeline.
• Reporting and Productivity Tracking: Proficiently utilized Microsoft Office to generate daily and weekly reports, tracking both individual and team productivity, and ensuring recruitment targets were consistently met.

Throughout this experience, I honed my sourcing and candidate engagement skills contributing to Genpact’s recruitment efforts and helping build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for the company.

Sourcing Associate (via Quess Corp. Philippines)

Had the opportunity to be trained and nurtured as a Customer Support Associate II (US Financial Account) at Concentrix (formerly Convergys) with the duties such as:

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner regarding bank payments, balance inquiry, changing/updating account information, analyzing credit card statements, relaying credit card fraud issues and coordinating with the Fraud department, assisting in basic technical support issues with customer's online account, etc.
