I’ve always believed that every person has untapped potential waiting to be discovered. Whether it was in the Army, the business world, or coaching a team, I’ve made it my mission to help people uncover what’s possible within themselves and achieve breakthroughs that last. My journey began in the 82nd Airborne Division, where a life-changing conversation with my mentor taught me the power of listening and being present. That lesson set me on a lifelong path of self-awareness and leadership, emphasizing the importance of disciplined initiative and fostering an environment where people could find their own solutions. As a company commander, I focused on developing my paratroopers into leaders, challenging them to be their best while offering the support they needed. After leaving the military, I continued to lead teams, furthered my education at Quinnipiac University, and worked with incredible mentors who shaped my approach. Adam Barlow taught me the value of relentless hard work and striving for excellence, while Marcus Sheridan showed me how communication and energy can transform relationships and outcomes. Along the way, I found mindfulness practices through books like 10% Happier, which deepened my focus on being present and self-aware. Today, as a partner at The Question First Group, I help leaders and teams have better conversations, build stronger connections, and create real breakthroughs. My work is all about creating leaders who create other leaders—helping people grow by becoming just a little better today than they were yesterday. Outside of work, I’m a musician who loves playing bass guitar and writing lyrics for my band. Music has always been a big part of my life—it’s how I stay grounded and creative. At home, my kids remind me daily of the importance of explaining the “why” behind everything I do. Inspired by my own father’s warmth and belief in me, I aim to make others feel valued and included in all aspects of life. I believe that with self-awareness, intentional communication, and a commitment to growth, we can all achieve extraordinary things.
