I focused on analysing and mapping the entire Broadsign stack, including 6 different products, to define its overall value, as much on the media buyer than media owner side.

- Gather and analyse project requirements including client’s project definition, gap list and business needs.
- Proactively identify & report risks that may ultimately delay the scheduled product delivery dates, and take the appropriate steps to mitigate those risks
- Liaise with key project stakeholders, development team members and customer users to insure the smooth roll-out of Live customer projects and pilots.
- Effectively communicate and assess the impact of project change requests such as: deliverables, delayed completion of tasks, increasing project scope.
- Identify and propose recommended best industry practices to clients, as per the software functionalities.

I enjoyed working in such a highly-responsible, entrepreneurial and fast-moving start-up environment.
