Talent Kick is a highly selective, cross-university program that helps master & PhD students to get hands-on experience in the entrepreneurial career path during their studies. 

At Talent Kick students are enabled to form an interdisciplinary team, develop a direction and first ideas, and convince their first supporters. During the entire journey, students will receive 1:1 personal coaching and get a broad overview and deep connections into the Swiss start-up ecosystem. Talent Kick supports students in broadening their network, finding synergies with their studies, and navigating the ecosystem to prolong their runway.

PRODUCT AND DIGITAL CONTENT DEVELOPMENT: 
- Creation of product's concepts, formulas and ingredients
- Follow up and creation of design packs and digital activations with different agencies (briefing, inspirations, trends, shoots) 
- Monitoring of competition, blogs, consumer trends and digital products to generate consumer insights 
- Creation of digital activation for each franchise (social medial, collaboration with the digital marketing team) 
- Creation of the content calendar on each project for 2018
- Help with the launch strategy for L'Oréal's big hairstyling project 2018: STYLISTA 

BUSINESS MONITORING AND PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS:  
- Preparation of marketing meetings with the general management (presentations, media material)
- Follow up on product developments and tests with the product's managers 
- Sales analysis of new launches and existing products 
- Follow up with consumer feedback on reviews platforms (beauty tests, boots)
