I’m a ‘Pom’ with a calm and gentle nature, with incredible strength of mind and determination. I have over 30 years of IT experience ranging from Systems Manager/Controller, Computer Operator, Oracle DBA and Webmaster. I have had an interesting life journey since 2003, a near-fatal road traffic accident causing severe injuries including an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in 2003, a double fracture of my L2 Vertebrae in 2013, fractured heel and hip in 2018. I'm still around forging forwards to become the best Man that I can be, and live my purpose to connect with 10 Million Men, to make 
a difference in their Healths and Lives. To help them integrate, embody and educate, and raise the overall awareness of Men’s mental and emotional health. My two websites to help initially, there will be additions to what I offer in the future.
