My foray into Real Estate began in 2015, with a mentor who trained us the art of wholesaling, flipping/rehabbing and holding rentals for long term capital appreciation. The founder began to network at local Real Estate Investment Associations (REIA) in order to refine his craft. When our founder began to put his real estate education to use he quickly achieved success in wholesaling. After several successful wholesale deals our organization turned our sights on to flipping. With a firm grasp of contractor management and building a team our founder new it was time to accumulate cashflowing rentals. We maintain several rentals throughout the Philadelphia market. As the single family rental portfolio grew, we set our sights on exponential growth through commercial multifamily apartments. Going with one of this country’s best known Multifamily education groups, our founder began to build his network in this space. Building upon relationships we were able to come on board for our first General Partnership opportunity. Cobbs Creek Capital continues to leverage relationships to build out its portfolio.
