Built a newly formed data management technology group from the ground-up, responsible for data management, data warehousing, and system architecture. Successfully evangelized and implemented a new global data management strategy.  Highly respected for my transitional leadership during the Wells Fargo / Wachovia merger and recent technology reorganization, promoting a sense of team, partnership, and cohesion, ensuring that undesired turnover was minimized.
Key Achievements: 
•	Significantly improved data quality, data availability, and data consistency through a central information management system and a focus on data ownership / governance.    Forged relationships enabling the consolidation of multiple data warehouses and data hubs.  Successfully integrated systems across business areas including Risk, Portfolio Management, Trading, Client Reporting, Sales, Compliance, Settlements, and Accounting. 
•	Designed and implemented a transactional data messaging hub, handling real time  messaging for multiple Trading, Settlement, Risk, Portfolio Management, and Accounting systems.   
•	Performed a market data needs analysis leading to a redesign of the market data acquisition system, resulting in an 80% reduction in market data costs. 
•	Automated international client reporting using SharePoint and .NET. 
•	Selected multiple times for industry presentations at the Financial Technology Forum and Cutter.

Successfully turned around a problem technology team to deliver consistent business value and excellent customer service.  Highly respected for optimizing the team’s delivery and reputation through significant process improvements, business alignment, effective people management, and team building.
Key Achievements:
•	Built the Application Integration team into a team relied on by both business and technology to deliver the right solution the first time --- on time.  Resulting in the delivery of hundreds of successful Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) projects including top-of-the-house projects such as:  Order Management System conversion from Merrin to Charles River; Auto Reconciliation system migration; International Broker confirmation migration from Global Oasis to GTM.
•	Architected and built a Trade Routing system to integrate multiple trading, accounting, and custodial systems. Service oriented architecture (SOA) design using Sonic ESB, J2EE and Oracle. This design proved invaluable as we added and removed trading systems and accounting systems through merger and acquisitions.
•	Designed and built the Evergreen Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).  Used a dimensional star schema design to optimize reporting.
•	Awarded Grand Vision Award (Evergreen’s highest honor) for recognition of outstanding impact advancing Evergreen Investments’ corporate vision.
