As a Senior Sales Executive, I count over 23 years of corporate experience in an American Multinational in the consumer goods industry. I was in charge of many different roles inside the sales department, from dealing with global and local customers to directing operations and executions for all distribution channels. I have vast experience leading multidisciplinary and diverse teams, Business Planning, Negotiation, Strategic and Analytical thinking 👩🏻‍💻, and Retail Execution (from the design to the store implementation). As a double hat, over the past years, I have been developing and leading the company's Wellbeing Program for Argentina with a complete offer of resources (talks, workshops, classes, videos, articles, health center, meditation & siesta rooms, challenges, wellness assessments, among others) to promote the health and joy of every employee. Measurable results validate the improvements achieved among participants. I was fortunate to receive plenty of training throughout my career and to be a facilitator of many (negotiation, emotional intelligence, energy & time management, business planning and conceptual selling, and more). I also travelled broadly.
