As a Merchant Success Manager at Shopify Plus, I work strategically with some of our biggest merchants to help them grow & reach their e-commerce goals. In addition to my role at Shopify, I am the founder of NAFSI, a line of sustainable fashion and art. I built my brand from the bottom up, pivoted in uncertain times, and expanded to global markets. I now mentor and support other entrepreneurs to validate and monetize their business ideas. My tenure in various entrepreneurial pursuits, as a previous Account Executive, and as a Merchant Success Manager at Shopify has ingrained in me a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales cycle. From prospecting and lead generation to nurturing client relationships and closing deals, I've honed my skills in each stage while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
