• Co-conducted user interviews and usability tests at Dreamforce in San Francisco and SXSW in Austin with over 35 participants, informing the design of 5+ roadmap items

•  Hosted over 5 design workshops with cross-functional teams on Accessibility, Design token integration, and Design systems. These workshops led to the front-end team adopting the token  system and designers using components more efficiently

• Complete the whole design of 5 casino games and deliver documents, interactive prototypes, mockups and the game flows to development
• Create and improve over 20 main features by distilling client suggestions, conducting competitor analysis and regular testing 
• Evaluate the old UI styles and create a comprehensive design system that saves 80% of development time on polishing tickets
• Host design presentations more than 10 times to clarify the tasks down the pipeline with Flare, Backend and QA team
• Work closely with QA and Flare to log in and inspect hundreds of sprint tickets utilizing my understanding of HTML and CSS

• Apply design thinking methodology and user-centred design processes to create compelling solutions 
• Develop and contribute to the design system, working with designers and engineers to help build and maintain a  library of  UI  components,  shared styles,  and documentation. 
• Working  with  stakeholders  and  Product  Design  Team  members  to  translate Wireframes and Flows into finished UI with transitions and illustrations

• Draw sitemaps—Organize the level of navigation, mark down the transitions between pages and functions to present to multiple stakeholders
• Design wireframes—Keeping the style guide in mind, sketch low to high fidelity wireframes depending on the stage of the design and show to decision-makers
• Apply management measures—Breakdown project tasks and place them in Kanban Board, set deadline for individual tasks, track project progress and assess the risks 
• Coordinate web design work—Assign tasks to team members, host group meetings and one-on-one talk frequently to help solve roadblocks and manage deadlines
• Maintain technical document and design log—Write comprehensive instructions or manuals for currently-used softwares such as WordPress, clarify design feature specifications in writing
