Bringing Marketing Campaigns to Life
- Development & Implementation
    - Innovate and execute marketing campaigns tailored to Lucy, her friends, and Pamela
    - Assist in managing campaign resources and timelines to maximize impact across our channels
- Analysis & Adjustment
    - Monitor and track campaign performance to gain insights and refine marketing strategies
    - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing team and additional stakeholders to encourage seamless deployment across all channels

Content Creation & Management
- Comprehensive Strategy
    - Work together with the team to develop holistic content strategy aligning with marketing goals
    - Oversee the generation of engaging, brand-aligned content across our various channels
- Collaboration & Coordination
    - Work closely with the creative team, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content
    - Maintain working knowledge of current trends and preference within our target audiences to help maintain fresh and relevant content

Creative Collaboration & Brand Management
- Visual Appeal
    - Collaborate, guide, and help manage the in-house Red Engine creative team to produce relevant, consistent, and high quality graphics for ES campaigns
- Brand Standards
    - Work closely with Creative Director to assist in managing, evolving, and innovating brand standards
    - Work to identify opportunities for brand enhancement

Brand Partnerships & Collaboration
- Identification
    - Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with campaign goals when necessary
    - If applicable, coordinate with partners to develop co-branded campaigns, events, or product offerings
- Results-Driven
    - Always think about how selected partnership can drive key business results

- Oversee posting on all accounts and community management

- Curate content for high-profile, celebrity clientele and brands in beauty and hospitality.

- Create, develop, and execute strategy for clients resulting in a 70% growth in annual revenue due to their main driver of growth(Instagram); including but not limited to growth ideas, content recommendations, campaign/launch concepts, influencer + brand partnerships, and overall recommendations to stay proactive with all accounts being managed.
