I am passionate about animals and agricultural production, necessary to guarantee food security for humans. I am Veterinary Medical with a specialization in Avian Medicine (Central University of Venezuela) I have developed a wide and recognized experience of more than 25 years in veterinary medicine, with greater approach to poultry farming, through performance in management positions in both family businesses and international corporations; with direct responsibility in the sanitary aspects and the efficient use of vaccination, combined with productive management in the broilers, incubators and breeders, both heavy and light. With proven experience in the area of sales and marketing of the pharmaceutical and animal nutrition sector: Baby broiler chickens, commercial layers, Concentrated animal feed, classic or traditional Vaccines, and those called "New Generation Vaccines", such as immune complexes and recombinant vectorized, detergent and disinfectant products; covering several products and services for the poultry and pig industry. All this experience and knowledge acquired throughout my professional career, allows me to comprehensively visualize the livestock and agro-industrial sector, to respondin a coordinated, efficient and accurate manner to the various situations that arise in the environment, managing to obtain the parameters animal husbandry and management indicators (KPI), that are required in companies. I have recently completed the "Diploma in Poultry Business Management", dictated by the direction of post degree of the ESAN University of Perú; which allows me to expand my vision of the poultry business from a global point of view. During all my studies and work experiences, I always enjoy and try to share with the other people around me, achieve objectives or goals through teamwork and collaborative leadership, in an efficient, organized, proactive and based on decisions that seek efficiency, optimization of resources and productivity.
