As the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement and Training, one of my key responsibilities was to collaborate with executives and leadership to identify and correct gaps in performance that led to:

I also tested and certified the field with existing and new content to enable maximum effectiveness, ensuring that new hires became profitable faster. One of my main techniques was to stretch individuals outside of their comfort zones, as well as provide ongoing coaching and development.

Senior Manager – Enablement and Training

As the Senior Manager for Training and Development, I was responsible for onboarding and training the Sales and Technical teams to support DDN and the company’s objectives, channel partners, and end-user clients. In order to achieve these goals, I developed content and resources to effectively position the value of DDN, applying best practices and processes.

To enhance the training experience while fostering cost efficiencies, I researched and applied educational tools and managed monthly programs for:

1. New-hire onboarding and continuing education
2. Channel education
3. Customer education

Most importantly, I was responsible for collaborating with all departments so that new team members could work cross-functionally and in cohesion with members of other teams. This also included working with company SME’s to deliver webinar trainings for our team.

One of the most important lessons I learned was some of the new challenges and nuances facing technology companies today. International Manager - Business Development & Enablement

As the Regional Sales Director and Trainer, I was responsible for the recruiting and training of the multicultural California independent distributors of health and wellness products. By offering support and motivation, I was able to help these members of FLP International grow their business through the development of their sales and presentation skills for both face-to-face and teleconferences.

Part of this sales performance training included setting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and developing processes to understand and improve the tasks necessary to achieve those goals. Through coaching and creative marketing ideas for generating new business, as well as sustaining monthly volume of product sales, I was able to increase sales anywhere from 2% to 12%.

Sector Marketing

Sector Marketing provides highly cost-effective integrated suite of marketing services, such as small and large conferences and events to lead generation programs to exhibition support.

As an International Project Manager, I called on Fortune 1000, INC. 500, and Small Business decision-makers in Hi-tech, Biotech, Cleantech, and Medical Equipment sectors nationwide to generate sales and promote interest in expanding their marketing efforts.

Often, this included giving presentations to key decision makers and public speaking events to show trends in sales and marketing and how companies could improve their ROI.
