I'm a Salesforce Administrator and functional consultant-in-training with 6 Salesforce certifications and hands-on experience supporting nonprofit and commercial clients. I specialize in configuring Salesforce solutions, documenting business requirements, and designing automation to drive adoption and impact. Recently, I’ve supported mission-driven clients using Sales Cloud and NPSP, helping gather user stories, lead UAT, and optimize CRM workflows.
