A Wiki can teach process and strategy; mentorship teaches an approach to life, not just business. -Any business can benefit from "zero to one" energy in one or more areas of the organization. -The most significant business title you can earn is "Trusted Advisor." -Designing product should be a profoundly empathetic endeavor.
