Leadership has been a pursuit of mine for the last 10 years, and I have had the pleasure of managing 100’s of employees, recruiting top talent and accelerating people’s careers. In doing this I learned the core concepts of leadership focus on the following 5 pillars: 1. Trust your reps 2. Show your reps don’t tell your reps 3. Explain the why behind what they do 4. Praise them for the work 5. Teach them to act as if I invite any and all to spark conversation around the true pursuit and practice of leadership.
