I am a data scientist and data engineer with nearly 10 years of data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning experience. I have also worked as a director of marketing, strategic finance analyst, head of sales & partnerships, and operations lead. I possess a strong background in statistics, mathematics, data analysis, machine learning, and cloud computing. My focus is on resolving complex business problems using data driven solutions such as scalable data pipelines, predictive models, and/ or AI-driven tools. I am proficient in Python, SQL, and AWS and have experience coding in more than a dozen computer languages. My machine learning skillset includes frameworks like PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and HuggingFace. I’ve led cross-functional teams that drove measurable business outcomes. The most impactful of these was a causal model whose insights led to a 30 percentage point increase in the number of booked listings on our platform. Other key projects involved pricing optimization and building the company’s entire data infrastructure from scratch. My other skills involve CI/CD pipeline development, NLP, big data processing, and data visualization/ dashboard development using tools like Looker and libraries like Matplotlit and Seaborn. Fun Fact: I built my first ML model in 2005 using Matlab. It was an image classification model using a convolutional neural network and could differentiate between photos of cats and dogs with greater than 97% accuracy.
