• Software and Hardware Problem Resolution
   - Troubleshooting of Windows and Mac based operating systems

   - Classroom support for projection equipment
   - Troubleshooting for printer and other peripherals 
•  Lead Developer for Student Web Portal
   - Built and maintained Wordpress site for information regarding current students
   - Built and maintained web based registration form for campus events
•  Help Desk Support Role
   - Answered questions for students regarding registration and schedule planning

Technology Advisor

As a Teaching Assistant, I was responsible for:
• Teaching fundamental of Microsoft Excel to undergraduate students in a lab format
• Tutoring business students on finite mathematics and calculus
• Grading examinations

As a Network Assistant, I was responsible for:
• Installation of networking gear including: Network Switches, Wireless Access Points, PRI Routers, Network Racks and Cabinets
• Termination of copper, single mode and multimode fiber optics data cabling
