• Drafted response brief that defeated a motion in limine for an adverse inference due to plaintiffs’ refusal to produce ESI from an overbroad time period without defendants having articulated a particularized need or identified the expected contents of e-mails outside of the relevant time period
• Reviewed and negotiated technical specifications in a bankruptcy adversary proceeding for production of ESI and conversion of paper documents to specified electronic format, and reviewed and produced ESI in accordance with said specifications
• Taken and defended several depositions in complex matters
• Drafted appellate briefs at both the federal and state levels
• Argued numerous motions in both civil and criminal cases at both the federal and state levels
