• Guides strategic direction of a core Operations & Quality analytics solutions and associated portfolio by serving as the subject matter expert and understanding provider needs, the overall market and regulatory landscape, consulting services, and other internal stakeholder needs; ensures strategic direction aligns with the operations and quality domain and subdomain strategy and overall corporate strategy. 
• Supports the sales process by understanding win/loss analysis, making pricing decisions, working with tech sales and legal teams on SOW redlines, SOW edits, and partners with marketing on collateral. 
• Launches new affiliated offerings and/or enhancements in coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders, completing business case justification, working with Viztech to execute solutions requiring application development. 
• Manages third party relationships as it pertains to the analytics portfolio, including relationships with designated vendors and exploration of new opportunities with corporate development. 
• Responsible for the overall training and product support operations teams and strategy; ensures teams are keeping training content is up to date, communicates to members and internal staff of upcoming trainings/enhancements/changes, works with Member Support Framework and other stakeholder to ensure tickets are addressed properly and in a timely manner.  Looks for common pain paints with providers and works with team members and providers to find solution. 
• Responsible for overall provider engagement and satisfaction; monitors provider specific engagement, ensures escalation when appropriate and works with Operations & Quality Executive and other internal teams to coordinate member outreach regarding product satisfaction and engagement.

Vice President, Solution Strategy and Analytics Delivery

Coordinated all efforts around the Data & Analytics and Management Governance worksteams, including conducting learning labs, implementing initiatives and managing organizational change.

Led the design and pilot testing of Vizient’s new Executive Dashboard to engage client C-Suite leadership in a more meaningful ways.  This required coordinated efforts across multiple stakeholders including: VizTech, Data & Advanced Analytics Center of Excellence, business unit leadership, consulting, service and sales.

Redesigned Product Management and Product Ownership job descriptions and Workflow to allow Vizient to deliver more value to our customers and to successfully achieve growth.  Specific changes focused on establishing a deep understanding of member needs, the competitive landscape and effectively building the right analytics products to meet those needs.

Launched Vizient’s AI Maturity Model to develop an AI enabled business model that optimizes cloud platform, multidimensional data and data science capabilities to accelerate customer value and achieve Vizient’s growth expectations.

Chartered and launched Vizient’s Analytics Council which is focused on engaging and developing a workforce that is proficient in modern data and advanced analytical techniques. 

Improved capital investment allocations across the company by improving the company’s Investment Case Process.  Resigned and implemented new workflows, participant roles, documentation and approval processes. 

Optimized corporate investments by establishing the Portfolio Management Team whose purpose is to measure and evaluate investments made by the company.  

Streamlined and improved management governance to align with new strategic planning processes.

Vice President, Transformation Management Office

Chad is a member of Sg2’s Product Management team and oversees the positioning and development of Sg2’s EDGE Analytics Platform.  He spends the bulk of his time working to understand the current issues that hospital executives face and to craft Sg2’s analytics platform to address those needs.  In addition to this leadership role, Chad works closely with many of Sg2’s system clientele to help these organizations understand Sg2’s data reports, uncover meaningful data trends within those reports, and access additional Sg2 resources to drive improvement. Chad is a frequent speaker for Sg2 on a range of topics and serves as faculty for Sg2 University.

Previously, Chad ran service delivery at Sg2, managing client-facing personnel including service account managers and solutions leads. He also served as Sg2’s cardiovascular (CV) solutions lead. He produced new content on several topics including congestive heart failure disease management, transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), growth in the cardiovascular service line, and improving clinical, operational and financial performance. In addition, Chad attracted new organizations to join Sg2’s community of leading practice cardiovascular programs.
