I am a highly-motivated, optimistic, and goal-oriented consultant currently working at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair & Partners). I am keen on working with people. Also, I have an interest in infrastructure, operations, strategy, and solutions and intend to use my science and engineering backgrounds to problem solve and process improve as I am passionate about solving complex problems. While working at Dar, I serve in various leadership positions through group leading in infrastructure projects. I also served as a research assistant, with strong research skills, at the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Through all of my experiences, I have learned the importance of fostering collaborative environments, remaining adaptable and resilient through uncertainty, and lastly, the power of authenticity which serves as a reminder to always remain my true self.
