- Founded the Customer Success department and strategically expanded from a one-person team to an international force of over 20 Customer Success Managers (CSMs), organized across three highly effective teams.
- Crafted, implemented, and continuously refined onboarding, activation, and retention strategies and playbooks for various customer segments, from SMBs to Enterprise clients, supporting our scale from servicing 400 to over 5,000 brands with 20,000 active users. These efforts included proactively identifying retention risks and expansion opportunities within CSM portfolios, which supported our remarkable growth from 250k ARR to ~25M ARR.
- Established robust cross-departmental collaboration processes, improving bug reporting, product feedback, and content creation mechanisms. This drove significant product improvements and resulted in industry-leading customer satisfaction scores.
- Led the creation and development of extensive internal and customer-facing product training resources. I'm an educator in my bones — to me, that means I love sharing and connecting over value. I've spent most of my adult life sharing, connecting, listening, and learning with students, friends, customers, and community members. 

In 2021, I joined Triple Whale to found and scale a fantastic Customer Success and Support org, as our business exploded from 400 to over 6,000 clients. In 2023, I shifted to focus entirely on Product Education as we pivoted to more scalable solutions, delivering high-value educational videos, articles, and onboarding resources as we blasted forward to servicing over 30,000 businesses. As of 2025, I'm thrilled to be part of our Applied AI team at the cutting edge of delivering the revolution of AI agents and automation to our customers.
