Me: “We are the fastest growing Jewish day school in America where children are receiving a stellar religious/secular education. For staff- you can make a significant impact on child education while working in a fantastic environment that cares deeply for its employees.” Prospective parent/employee/anyone else: “And what benefits are there specific to TABR?” Me: “Florida sun, no state taxes, tuition vouchers for EVERY student, warm weather, Florida, employee benefits.” Prospective parent/employee/anyone else: “Sounds too good to be true…. What’s the catch?” Me: “Great question!! The only catch is that we are located in South Florida." Prospective parent/employee/anyone else: 😆 Silence….. Prospective employee: “Seems like a no-brainer… I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t join this amazing school! How do we proceed?” Me: BOOM! That’s what I love about working for TABR every day!
