Organizational Performance & Leadership Coach: I would describe myself as a deeply curious individual, with an enthusiastic willingness to continually deconstruct and rebuild my own set of beliefs, biases, rationalizations, and accepted ideology. By extending this strategic set of principles to every client project, I’m able to help business leaders reimagine better outcomes for their brand, business processes, sales activity, and team development. I will challenge our clients to look within, through a different lens, to help them move their business forward through higher levels of cognition and creativity. On any given day, I will score nearly dead-center on a 4-grid personality assessment, which I tend to attribute to my deep curiosity about everything and everyone. While these personality assessments characterize me as a chameleon, with a genuine ability to interact with and understand others, I’ve made it a daily practice to lean into my top 5 personality traits. In their respective order, they are strategic, belief, ideation, futuristic, and adaptability. Strategic: allows me to delve into the big picture and translate it differently, through a carefully crafted list of questions designed to interpret and direct a given set of circumstances toward optimal outcomes. Belief: allows me to abide by my ethical guidelines, while continually questioning and unraveling key areas which left unchanged could lead toward an offset reality stuck in a mode of misinterpreted biases and outdated translations. Ideation: allows me to express my creative vision. I am willing to be the one to freely express new thoughts and ideas in an effort to inspire the creative flow of others around me. I surround myself with experts in their field and take great care to drive their collective creative energy into key moments of clarity. Futuristic: allows me to simulate ideas forward, revealing the necessity for both near-term and long-range planning. I work to intentionally surface threats and opportunities that would eventually affect the sustainability of a plan and its relative projected impact for the foreseeable future. Adaptability: allows me to effectively function in complex environments and react with intention. This involves an acceptance that new information will always be a part of the optimization of any well-thought-out plan. By operating in a mode capable of fluid transitions, our team and clients can confidently deliver consistent performance.
