Mélange is a tastefully designed up-market boutique based in the sunny Northern California, designed for the Silicon Valley woman who strives for fun, fashion and luxury.

Mélange store is a labor of love, created by the Silicon Valley Designer, Chandan Allen who has been perfecting her designs based on the local style and needs.

Mélange currently retails Chandan’s eponymous brand, “Chandan Allen” and her contemporary ready-to-wear brand “The Sancy”.

Chandan Allen Designs Pvt. Ltd.

Established Chandan Allen Designs Pvt. Ltd. (CADPL)a Production House with sampling and production facilities for "Chandan Allen" label which retails  in the US luxury market.
CADPL has a full fledged Operations design team based in Mumbai, including a Head Designer, Pattern Makers, Pattern Cutters, Machinists, Embroidery specialists followed by the Administration Team comprising of Operations Manager, Accounts Manager, Import/Export Clerk and Helpers.
CADPL has a manufacturing capacity of 700 - 1000 units per month, comprising of three collections per year.
"Chandan Allen" label retails in the US market places and B2B through local boutiques and stores.

Flagship store MELANGE,  a high end luxury and destination store popular with locals, tourists, TV presenters and South African Celebrities. 
Melange stocks Chandan's own brand "Chandan Allen" label as well as other local designers offering a diverse selection of Ready to Wear Clothing to Couture collection for those special occasions.
Melange's merchandise comprises of  jewellery, accessories from local artisans thus promoting local designers and gives them a platform to showcase their designs.Melange also promotes accessories like handbags, shoes, jewellery imported from India.
Melange's popularity extended from  South African to European TV Commercials  because of its high end and tasteful interiors. Ads like 8TA gives a glimpse of Melange.
Melange's  sampling division comprised of a Pattern Maker and a Seamstress where Sampling and small units of Production were carried out.

Schlumberger

Ensure Accuracy of invoices and compile month end invoice, liaising with ONGC, Enron. Ensuring accurate billing, Data Entry into accounting software program, Attention to detail to detect billing errors. Computer Skills, Negotiation Skills regarding invoice discrepancies, Public Relations, Marketing.
