1. Responsible for marketing and promoting Interest Rates Derivatives products across all financial institutions clients based in the Middle East 
2. Building a strong and focused client franchise with the ability to optimise the return to risk ratio by making the best use of the portfolio lending and good contacts and connections. 
3. Responsible for mitigating the banks risks by informing the customers upfront of the risks related to the products desired, such as leverage, mark to market, ensuring that the legal documentation issue is cleared, and making sure to comply with the credit limits approved prior to dealing. 
4. Ensuring that all compliance and legal issues are handled diligently and within the Group's procedures frame
5. Requires participation with the Regional Head of Rates Sales, Regional Head of Distribution, and Regional Head of Fixed Income in defining the region's sales strategy. Implementing it through liaising with other marketing team, joining the bi-weekly meeting trading-sales; establishing seamless contact, co-ordination and co-operation with the FIG relationship managers
6. Ensuring perfect coordination and cooperation with the other ICG Middle East team members Rates, FX and Credit
7. Ensuring identification of opportunities including cross-sell and ancillary business
8. Achievement of derivatives budget and stretched targets
