• Coordinated with Search  to develop the training content, methodology, agenda, clear objectives, expectations of each session, and training materials in consultation with the project management team;
	• Delivered physical training sessions on project management and Inclusive Governance to  representatives from Wadi Khaled municipalities;
	• Ensured the quality, timely, inclusive and creative implementation of the training opportunities, and guaranteed the active engagement of all participants;

	• Provided follow up coaching sessions after the completion of the training, ensuring effective and sustainable training outcomes;

Project Management and Inclusive Governance Trainer 

World Learning

• Designed the inclusive civic engagement module from start to finish, assuring that it is in line with the other curriculum modules.
• Provided asynchronous and synchronous training to 48 emerging leaders to help them understand inclusive civic engagement and begin incorporating inclusive elements through their projects.

Inclusive Civic Engagement Module Trainer 

The Leadership Development Fellowship, formerly known as the Leaders for Democracy Fellowship program transforms the lives of hundreds of emerging leaders in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Managed the three-months exchange program and alumni engagement program that helped transform the lives of more than 350 emerging leaders in the MENA region between 2015 and 2020.

•	Represented the program in the MENA region, representing World Learning's LDF program to external and internal audiences, stakeholders, and partners.
•	Managed the work of the sub-partner, the American University of Beirut, to ensure the academic component was fruitful.
•	Worked with local and international partner organizations to design program material and activities and tracked the performance of exchange partner and fellowship organizations to ensure effective program implementation.
•	Managed the development and implementation of professional learning seminars and programming and handled the logistical arrangements for all program activities.
•	Conducted budgetary tracking of programs and expenditures to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•	Created tools for measuring, monitoring, and assessing participant and program activities and outcomes, and then supervised the entire M&E process to ensure optimal execution and results.
•	Managed all report submissions while maintaining quality control and openness to the donor and the organization.
•	Managed the program's administrative demands, which involved recruiting team members, onboarding, and overseeing their jobs, and hiring technical consultants.
•	Oversaw the creation and execution of the program's communications and media strategy plus the creation and implementation of an alumni engagement program for over 350 alumni.
•	Managed the development and delivery of small grants to alumni for two years.

LDF MENA Director

D-RASATI 2, AMIDEAST/Lebanon

ACHIEVEMENTS: Managed during 2014 and 2015, the nine-months three-phased program that helped over 600 Lebanese public-school principals get official tenure in the government and helped sustain the program by properly handing it over to the Lebanese University and training staff to properly implement it. During this program, I oversaw the work of six Faculty of Education master trainers, 60 trainers, and 33 coaches with more than 600 public school principals.

•	Planned and led all component activities in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) and the Lebanese University's Faculty of Education (FED).
•	Negotiated program implementation plans and timelines and directly reported on program activities and program progress to core stakeholders (MEHE, FED, World Learning).
•	Represented the program to key stakeholders, beneficiaries, and other organizations, including regional site visits and acted as a key liaison between field staff, master trainers, trainers, school principals, World Learning, MEHE, and FED.
•	Ensured the smooth implementation of LDP component activities, such as training and coaching with school principals in Lebanon's six mouhafazat.
•	Administratively managed the component by submitting budget changes, work plans, cash forecasts, monitoring and evaluation data, and drafting progress and technical reports.
•	Coordinated the creation of the Moodle e-portal for e-learning during various phases of the training program.
•	Managed the e-portal use of approximately 1000 participants, including school principals, master trainers, trainers, coaches, and key stakeholders, including the creation of user accounts, classrooms, material uploading, and other tasks.

Program Manager

ACHIEVEMENTS: Increased the sales of the Institute by 148% between 2012 and 2014, and thus was able to help more than 100 entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses in the MENA region.

•	Represented the Cisco Entrepreneur Institute to key stakeholders, beneficiaries, and other organizations in Lebanon and the MENA region including the AMIDEAST-Lebanon advisory board and Cisco headquarters in Warsaw. 
•	Liaised with other Cisco Entrepreneur Institutes in the MENA region and represented them to Cisco headquarters on a regional level.
•	Designed and implemented an action strategy for the Institute that complies with Cisco's rules and regulations.
•	Promoted, marketed, and sold the various Institute workshops using various social media tools, e-mail marketing, and other methods to aspiring entrepreneurs.
•	Identified, hired, and supervised the work of facilitators and workshop advisors, and guest speakers.
•	Secured workshop venues and prepared logistics including but not limited to creating workshop agendas that adhere to the Cisco workshop program and communicated workshop logistics and expectations to participants.
•	Designed online workshops for the Institute's e-portal, enrolled participants, supervised workshop classes, and ensured that all participants had access to the required online materials and resources.
•	Coached and mentored entrepreneurs as they launched and expanded their businesses.
•	Improved the Institute's results and programs delivered based on previously conducted assessments and feedback received.
•	Planned and hosted Cisco Entrepreneur Institute alumni gatherings as well as activities as part of the yearly "Global Entrepreneurship Week."

Institute Program Manager

ACHIEVEMENTS: Coordinated and Supported summer camps for up to 2981 Lebanese public school students all over Lebanon

•	Meet and assess potential organizations who showed interest in partnering with D-RASATI in implementing extracurricular activities in public schools
•	Research best practices in extracurricular activities worldwide that will help in developing suggested extracurricular activates to be held in Lebanese public schools 
•	Review school laws related to school clubs and parents councils in order to form a complete understanding of the educational system and rules in Lebanon
•	Assist in designing and planning a palette of activities to be used as extracurricular activates in public schools
•	Implement, manage and oversee the execution of the extracurricular activities, concentrating on the development and implementation of strategies and work plans for the after-school activities
•	Manage and coordinate extracurricular activities performed by partner organizations, with compliance to the agreed work plan
•	Manage and coordinate two types of summer camps in Lebanon “our right to succeed” and “let’s have fun”
•	Coordinate successful summer camps for up to 2981 Lebanese public school students
•	Work in cooperation and under the supervision of the extracurricular activities manager

Extracurricular Activities Coordinator

ACHIEVEMENTS: Supported in the closeout of a 10-year USAID grants project for 182 grants in 16 work days

•	Seek and recommend new Transparency and Accountability Grants (TAG) grants applications
•	Provide support and technical assistance to potential grantees in conceptualization, refining project ideas, and clarifying proposed project ideas and concepts 
•	Assess all TAG applications received and identify those which meet with the TAG criteria 
•	Support in writing grant agreements that will be signed by the organizations who received TAG grants
•	Follow up constantly on sub-grantees’ projects development and progress to ensure compliance and proper implementation of activities
•	Ensure that funded projects are in compliance with USAID regulations
•	Approve all print material ensuring that they all abide by the USAID branding regulations
•	Represent the TAG project in events and workshops
•	Coordinate with the 
•	Monitor the work progress of grantees by conducting field visits and reviewing progress reports
•	Log all training offered under the USAID funding as part of the program on the Trainet website for monitoring and evaluation

Senior Program Assistant

Chantal has a solid background in leadership development, project management and an extensive work experience with local and international civil society organizations operating in the developmental field in Lebanon and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

She has supported more than 300 emerging civil society leaders advance participatory governance and civic engagement in the MENA region as the MENA Director for the U.S. Department of State MEPI funded Leadership Development Fellowship (LDF), She has helped over 600 Lebanese public school principals get official tenure in the government as the Program Manager of the USAID funded D-RASATI 2’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) and she helped hundreds of entrepreneurs, start and grow their business as the Cisco Entrepreneurship Institute Program Manager. 

Throughout her career and due to the challenging nature of the work she has been involved in, Chantal succeeded to build a respectable network of connections with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Lebanese University and many local and International NGOs operating in Lebanon.
