My mother has always been extremely crafty, a skill I continue to admire. When I was in high school, I remember a little black box that my parents added to their fancy new TV with endless channels... a major improvement from trying to decipher the static interference in our "Farmer 15" options. I knew the little box tracked my consumer behavior and was overwhelmed with curiosity while trying to imagine what data it compiled regarding my viewing behaviors... I have since become obsessed with user experience design principles and optimizing workflows to amplify marketing messaging while expediting the sales process! I even took the UX certification program offered by Neilsen Norman Group.
