Charbel has over 15 years of experience in helping organizations solve today’s complex IT challenges, specializing in Incident/ Problem Management and Technology Architecture that yield to an improved Infrastructure Performance Management based on End-to-End Visibility approach. Charbel’s technical expertise encompasses Networking concepts, Applications architectures, Security models and Service Management tools comprising of NPM/APM/FM. During his career, Charbel had played major roles; among those roles is outsourced Solution Architect Lead Consultant for the Saudi Ministry of Communication & IT (MCIT) where he was responsible of managing and implementing Yesser eGovernment program and the Saudi National Digital Certification Center NCDC (PKI) that guaranteed a secure exchange mechanism. Currently, Charbel leads the Technical Sales Consultant Team at Riverbed Technology for Middle East, Turkey & Africa region; in addition to lecturing at Saint- Joseph University in Lebanon.
