1.	Ensure with the Plant Team a high Plant OS compliance level ,Assess gaps and Coordinate Improvement Plans.
 2.	Ensure the MCI/OPEX (Monitoring continous improvement/Operational excellence) process implementation, consistency and projection on the Plant results improvement mainly Manufacturing Performance. 
3.	Ensure the Plant indirect Structure CI Tools Certification, PPS & Kaizen (Practical problem solving) & Kaizen)
4.	Ensure the execution of the "Lean Academy" Training Program & Certification 
5.	Ensure the execution of the CI Tools University Training Program (PPS & Kaizen) & Plant Team Coaching on it 
6.	Contribute on the different CI & Excellence projects with the aim to improve preconditions for better SPQVC (Safety, Peope, Quality, Volume & Cost)  performance
