Served as the lead of the Citizens’ Review Panel team of the Citizens' Commission for Children division, which has a budget of over 30 million dollars. Facilitated the growth of the funding process for nonprofits from $4M to over $34M in 3 years. Tasks include:
• Strategically conceptualized, developed and implemented strategies to increase efficiencies of processes for the  division to include, but is not limited to; human service issues, team building, planning, and management of funds distributed to health and human service nonprofit organizations

Family Services Administrator

Redesigned the new Orange County Citizens’ Review Panel (CRP) funding process to include implementing a new funding application and tools for the review and evaluation of funding applications received from health and human service organizations.  Specific responsibilities include:
• Developed a multipart funding application that provides for collects both agency and program information from applicant agencies.
• Developed and implemented a weighted scoring tool for the review and evaluation of funding applications to include the scoring tool and computation spreadsheets to calculate aggregate scores in an individual and collective manner
• Developed several requests for proposals based on community need that communicated funder needs with necessary deliverables to application agencies
• Developed and provided for applicant health and human service agencies and funding advisory panels
• Served as a liaison between Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children and community organizations, senior County staff, and citizens
• Ensured the quality of funding process through the surveying of participants
