I practice labor and employment law, representing employers. I help employers navigate complex legal issues and protect their rights and interests. I have 16 years of experience in handling litigation before federal and state courts and agencies, as well as providing counseling and training on various employment matters, such as personnel policies, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour compliance. I am also a contributing author of the Arizona Employment Law Handbook, a comprehensive treatise on employment law in Arizona, and a board member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
