With a nearly 80% placement rate within just 4 months and over 60% placement within 3 months or less, my situational coaching and expertise deliver results in today's competitive job market. 

I leveraged Right Management's resources to help clients get hired 60% faster. Rutgers University School of Communication and Information

Managed vendor/contract research, complex procurement, event planning, scheduling, and financial reporting/processing efforts within three departments of the School of Communication & Information at Rutgers University including Career & Student Services, Dean's Office (Business & IT), and Journalism and Media Studies Faculty.

Faculty Manager

Led business reporting, event planning, and operations of Career & Student Services team including Career Services Student & Alumni event held biannually attended by 500+ people. Also responsible for test proctoring, student advising during peak periods, and executive support of department Dean.

Rutgers University

Managed the administrative, basic accounting and IT functions for the Business Manager at the New Jersey Institute of Food, Nutrition, and Health, responsible for all ordering or reimbursement processing for 60+ staff and faculty, and supported the majority international research team with HR onboarding. Took meeting notes and organized events with the Director of Operations, ad hoc projects met for daily meetings; met with lab managers and building manager to train new CRM for the department.

Responsible for business development, sourcing, and recruiting for tech and non-tech roles nationwide. Responsible for posting job descriptions, full cycle recruiting and engagement; counseled job seekers and prospective candidates before, during, and after client interviews; had daily meetings with Account Managers (s) and Hiring Managers for feedback and pipeline strategy.

Account Executive Recruiter

Inclusive leadership for an international fellowship program that supported the 20% of participants with disabilities. Created program initiatives, strategic partnerships (corporate, community, and external partners), and lifelong bonds for visiting Mandela Washington Fellows. Managed events, and logistics, and planned multilayered projects with cross-functional teams. Evaluated participant outcomes and experiences.

Program Manager

(Held Multiple Positions) Responsible for the administrative function of multiple executive education programs, event planning, and basic LMS functions. Supported Program Director, Program Manager, and Event Coordinator for various leadership workshops. Retained 71% of corporate participants for rescheduled events through business development efforts due to major loss of interest due to Hurricane Sandy.
