Customer service temp - through COVID-19 

During my time on furlough I contacted Surescreen to help assist in this extremely busy period for them. 

During my short time here my main roles were- 

Answering the phone and dealing with queries in regards to Covid tests 
Putting through new corporate leads 
Inputting data for tests
Delivering high customer service

Throughout my final year at University, I acquired the part-time role of Campus Brand Manager.

Responsibilities included - 
- Increasing brand awareness through the use of social media (Twitter / Instagram) 
- Promoting the various career opportunities on multiple social media channels to gain new talent for the company 
- Organising pop up stands and career fairs at Trent, Hallam and Derby Universities

12 month placement helped me gain valuable, hands on experience in between University. I also achieved a promotion during my placement passing my management qualification interview (MQI), as well as achieving an award for intern - top seller.

I have experience of implementing highly effective sales techniques, problem solving strategies and conflict management with both team members and customers. 

Proven ability of providing exceptional customer service and being instrumental in an improved customer service score in my branches. I have received numerous personal positive reviews from customers and business partners. 

I have undertaken roles which directly affect the profit and loss statement and I analysing and impacting these numbers.

In my time at Enterprise, I have learnt how to mentor, develop and help promote staff internally. I have done this through implementing daily operational plans.
