Second rotation of the Global Leader Program I am currently in charge of deploying best in class Supply Chain processes and tools towards all our countries in EMEA. I am involved in the entire scope of our Supply Chain from Demand Forecast, through Master Planning Scheduling to Logistics topics.

Senior Manager Deployment & Adoption EMEA Supply Chain

First rotation of the Global Leader Program (GLP) I was in charge of our Washer-Dryer ranges for the EMEA market. Making sure to have the right product for our consumers and developing the new solutions of tomorrow keeping in mind our goal of improving life at home. The Washer-Dryer segment is a dynamic market, growing double digit year after year and identified as a Key Battle Ground for our company.

Product Manager EMEA : Washer-Dryer 

Specialist of the built-in business, I had the opportunity to work with different trade partners : kitchen specialist, buying groups, pure-players and technical superstores. I have been in charge of our top 3 main trade partners. My main missions were to build and deploy the commercial policy, negotiate  annual agreements, contracts, listings setup and promotion activities.

Key account manager

Short but unforgettable assignment of Business analyst right at the moment of acquisition of Indesit  group. I was supporting 6 Key Account Managers plus the french Sales Director in analyzing, building reports and dashboard during this strategic period.

Business Analyst

In charge of Normandie area (north of France) I was dealing with local Kitchen specialist and buying groups trade partners. Specialized on the built-in business, I had to manage and develop my portfolio.

- Yield Management; in charge of the accommodation department: new batch of student everyweek, 150 host-famillies and approximatly 300 beds among 4 different residences. 
- Secured and increased the quality of our services. 
- Set-up an intensive recruitment process of new host families. 
- B2B and B2C day-to-day relationship

Accomodation Coordinator

- Part of a sales team working under collective and personal objectives
- I have used technical marketing sales processes via telemarketing and direct sales
- I have used on a daily basis a CRM software called Poseidon

AUTODISTRIBUTION

- I have helped the sales manager in his daily tasks: Manual data entry on excel, forwarding and checking purchase orders.
- I have worked on the organisation of a trade faire with 60 exhibitors. 
- Updated and secured the quality of the customer database.

I was responsible of replenishing the school supplies during the peak season. I managed 3 temporary workers.

Shop Staff

I am currently doing my second rotation within the Whirlpool Global Leader Program (GLP).  The GLP is a cross-functional leadership development program of 5 years with three rotations through Operations, Commercial, and Finance/Strategy.

For this second rotation I am based in Milan at the European Head-office, currently working as Senior Manager Deployment & Adoption for the EMEA Supply Chain department.
