B2B system for car insurance claims to body shops and repairers. The web application consists of an AngularJS front end and Java 8 backend using various Spring Frameworks, RabbitMQ, Reddit, SQL Server and MongoDB. Indoor navigation system on mobiles with backend servers. Duties were knocking up an alternative Kalman filter in Java, recording power levels of WiFi in the Bath Office, converting these to standard deviation of position and showing the spread for a simulated hall in Java. I was developing two games but now I am focusing on one. The games were The Knocking and Moonoids. These games are in 3D using Blender to generate the assets and the Unity3D game engine to run. The Knocking has a lot of assets but not much gameplay, Moonoids http://moonoids.com is a working game with 3 levels and 3 tutorials. I’m using C# at the moment to program the Unity engine. Currently working on a new game unity3DAsteroids.

Delivered one new report for On Entry and delivering solutions for three more: Home Education,  Early Childhood Centres and Phone Book
On Entry required J2EE knowledge Jasper, JavaScript, JSP, Hibernate, SQL, POI Library and Java. Home Education requires all of the above and Struts 2.Early Childhood Centres requires the addition of GWT, this is a Greenfield project and I am using an agile approach to deliver vertical slices. Phone Book is based on GWT, GWTBootstrap3, Guice and Hibernate. Coming to the end of development of Ads which is another GWTBootstrap3 app with some legacy Velocity and Struts stuff thrown in.

Delivered 3 connect to lender interfaces for the MADE system this involves XML, Oxygen Editor, Java, Eclipse IDE, CVS, DCS and Velocity.
Delivered various Core bug fixes and new features which split 3 ways: Front Office, Back Office and Batches. The process used is to take the solution description from the designer and then to implement using any combination of the following: Eclipse IDE, Oracle 11, PL/SQL, SQL, Pro*C, Java, JSP, JDOM, SCCS, CVS, DCS, WSDL, W3C XML Schema and XML. Various new features: eSig which uses an url with parameters to send e-mail and SMS messages to customers; Java parser to enable some routine work to be carried out; Drive 6 new transactions written in Java using WSDL, and JUnit for testing. Just done some internal training including Struts 2 MVC, XML and Regular Expressions.
