I have now enjoyed over 25 years of experience within the transportation industry researching, presenting, selling, and implementing enterprise solutions, application software, communication network requirements, applicable hardware, installations, and professional services. I am devoted to driving companies in the transportation industry toward new solution implementations, increased efficiencies, waste reduction, process improvements, and ultimately higher profits. As a client facing, onsite training and implementation specialist, I also work very closely with my clients from an operational training perspective, making sure each and every person has the training, knowledge, tools, and especially the ability to be successful. The last 10 years have allowed me to learn and grow within the TMT Asset Maintenance Software applications environment, working with on-site, client facing engagements encompassing both the client-server and web versions. I am recognized by the Technology and Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Association as a “Certified VMRS Specialist.” This deep-dive into the fleet maintenance industry has added greatly to my knowledge base and to my value as a fleet consultant. As a Senior Fleet Consultant , I look to uncover opportunities to implement the industry best practices, processes, procedures, and solutions for my clients. Efficient and effective project and people management efforts are vital to the success of each of my engagements. Additional responsibilities include implementation issue(s) identification and troubleshooting, issue mediation, and on-going support for each client. Remote support and training sessions are also offered. I take great pride in the success of each and every client and do all I can to achieve that goal.
