Provided on-site support for $52M of condominium homes at 99 Tremont in Oak Square, Brighton. The project was the exclusive sale of 62 new construction condos in Brighton, 3 miles from Downtown Boston.  Used waterfall methodology for managing project.  Responsible for converting leads to appointments, showings and closings.  Managed paperwork and escrow for each transaction, tracking progress meticulously.  Reported to developers, marketing, and sales teams.  Executive assistant to lead broker, Diane Keliher.  Developers hired a different Broker causing this role to end.

Co-managed a team of 18 full time agents, who produced over $1.2M in rental commissions.  Analyzed agent statistics to reinforce large numerical goals, in turn driving increased performance.  Personally closed over $50K in rental commissions, working with professionals in the greater Boston area.  Sourced and trained 5 new agents, who generated over $200K in rental commissions.  Consistently met $160K monthly sales quota, executing as a top performing team within the company

Oversee lead generation for the company across multiple platforms including our website, 3rd party advertising sites and our existing client database.  Manage social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.  Responsible for qualifying incoming clients, setting their expectations, then distributing these clients to our agents.  Responsible for developing successful marketing campaigns to drive more attention to the Company.  These campaigns are both on the ground and on the web, including curating social events, distributing print materials, maintaining social media presence, and informing the public of our most recent sales.  Also responsible for the acquisition and marketing of exclusive sales listings, with a goal of facilitating both sides of the transaction (buyer and seller).

Maintain online presence by leveraging marketing and databasing tools such as Rentlinx, MLS, YGL, Zillow and Craigslist.  Conduct research on current market conditions by visiting properties and studying recent sales, looking for trends and opportunities to bring homes and apartments to market.  Providing a pleasant experience for clients as we view potential apartments together.

I built a recording studio capable of producing all types of music and opened it up to the public.  This grew into a private record label focused around 8 artists whose work I saw promise in.  The 4 year journey resulted in over 250 songs, 6 albums, and 6 music videos produced.  The genres included rap, hip-hop, folk, and rock.  Many of these songs remain unreleased.  One of those artists had a breakout a few years later and is now signed to a major record label.

Boardwalk was my leap into the customer service industry. I learned many neighborhoods in Boston and Cambridge and was a trusted advisor to land owners who need to know how their properties compare to the remainder of the market. I also searched the city on behalf of my clients, who sought out very specifically outfitted apartments; this taught me the importance of persistence and exceeding the expectations of a customer whenever possible.

I am a recording engineer at one of Northeastern's recording studios. We use Pro Tools 10 and have a rather busy schedule. I am responsible for the overall smooth operation of the studio on weekends.
