Working under the Head of Commercial delivering the sale and administration of the Brisbane Bullets premium hospitality program and business club, Club'79. 

> Proactive prospecting and generation of new leads, selling of all game day hospitality and corporate networking products.
 
> Drive the sale, renewal and administration processes of Brisbane Bullets Premium &
corporate hospitality packages across both B2B and B2C sectors.

>Utilize a CRM system to track, measure and analyze sales activity. 

> Primary contact for all corporate season and casual game ticket holders, coordinating all hospitality match day ticketing, guest names, dietary requirements and function spaces.

Corporate Sales Executive

Working under the Head of Consumer Engagement to deliver a high-quality membership and ticketing experience with a focus on exceptional customer service. 
 
Membership sales and servicing, Ticketing and Merchandise 

Membership

> Answering member general e-mail and phone inquires relating to entitlements, game day information, ticketing. 
> Driving membership growth through active engagement of membership leads and expressions of interest.
> Process membership sales and additional ticketing requests. 
> Membership servicing telephone calls to ensure optimal member satisfaction and engagement. 

 Merchandise 

> Overseeing the fulfilment of online merchandise orders in a timely manner. 
> Utilisation of online sales portal to process orders for delivery and internal department merchandise requests. 
> Stock counting activities for accurate data of stock on hand, restocking and update of SOH via internal online stock system.

Ticketing sales and processing

> Processing of fan and internal department ticketing requests. 
> Answer questions regarding ticket pricing, category and seating location to ensure tickets meet the desired requirements.
> Sale and processing of large group ticketing requests.
> Reporting on ticketing sales and complimentary issued ticket requests for accurate records keeping.

Gameday activities

> Working with the Consumer Operations Manager to deliver a range of matchday consumer activity. 
> Supervise the game day merchandise team providing sales and customer service support.
> Ticket collection, membership game day enquires and member/fan ticket issue troubleshooting. 
> Additional ad hoc tasks.

Consumer Operations Coordinator
