You probably saw my profile picture and thought “Wow must be nice looking that fit and shredded.” But I’ve been overweight twice in my life. I was 5 stone (70 lbs) too heavy, had a horrible image of myself, and ate food to deal with the stresses of life. Every time I looked in the mirror -- along with the rolls that hung around my midsection. I saw someone unhappy, unmotivated, and depressed. I was working as a Real Estate agent and despite progressing and doing well in my career I felt unfulfilled emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I always worried about what other people thought when they saw me. I knew I had to change. But working 60-hour work weeks in a high-pressure job with a hard-to-please manager breathing down my neck was going to be difficult. But I wasn’t going to give myself any excuses. I was committed. I slowly got back into the gym and tried every diet under the sun to lose weight. Keto, IIFYM, Carb cycling. You name it ... I’ve tried it. I learned a lot from all these diets, but the most important thing I learned... Everybody’s body is different and responds differently to foods and timings. You need to find what works UNIQUELY for you! Through all of this, I was able to: ✔️Compete in the 2016 Muscle Model and Fitness categories. ✔️Sign a sponsorship deal with Muscle Nation ✔️Feature in Muscle and Fitness magazine. ✔️Be promoted several times in my 60-hour a week job. After my personal transformation, things changed. Everywhere I went people greeted me with a smile, people wanted to be friends with me, invite me out to cool parties and events. My confidence skyrocketed and I felt amazing. I understand what it’s like working long hours, giving it everything at work, and coming home so exhausted so all you do is binge on Netflix and eat junk food. That’s why during the time I was working corporate. I started an online fitness coaching program to help time limited professionals achieve the physical transformations they want. And to date, I’ve helped over 8000 people lose weight and achieve the bodies they’re looking for. Oh, and if you think all I eat is broccoli, chicken, and brown rice - wrong, think again. I still enjoy pasta, cake, and ice cream. My life is incredible now. I wake up as soon as the alarm rings (no more snoozing) because I truly enjoy helping and seeing the physical and mental transformations in all my clients.
