- Operational lead of a team of 16, responsible for all daily management, KPI tracking, cross team communication, new process builds and roll outs as the business scaled from 3 people to 54 in one year. My team's revenue increased 80% in 3 months.
- Sourced 5 internal hires and build out of HR best practice as well as a mentorship program and managing my team's event schedule (circa 15 per week).
- Liaised with government departments to deliver Kickstart Scheme for 700+ placements.

Partnerships Team Lead + Special Projects

- Hit 220% of sales target in 1st month, breaking company record, generated >£600k in sales revenue in first 3 months with deal sizes ranging from £1k to £30k.
- Clients included enterprises, SME’s and startups/scaleups across all industries.

Mambow

• Alongside the owner formulating the business concept and plan pre-launch, identifying areas of opportunity within the industry. Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, accountants, licensing bodies, PR agencies, insurance providers and ensuring that all compliance was met. 
• Acquiring first site and liaising with contractors, equipment providers and designers to ensure that the space was created on brand, within budget and on time. 
• Involved in the sourcing and hiring of staff members ready for our launch
• Building and implementing the commercial strategy that would open up a number of additional revenue streams for the business, as this started to gain traction the restaurant was ordered to close due to the pandemic.
• Pivoted during the Covid pandemic to reformulate business plan utilising assets available. Created and implemented ‘Mambow @ The Window’ a street food from the window concept and ‘Mambow at Home’ a DIY meal kit delivery concept that was praised by TimeOut as one of the best in London, both led to offers of investment from customers.
• Secured government grants to support the business and having previously been denied access to the JRS currently have an adjudicator’s investigation launched within HMRC to fight this verdict.
• On closure of the restaurant was responsible for the site's deconstruction and move out as well as contract negotiations on the early return/termination of commercial equipment, licensing and insurance.

Having completed a 6 month graduate placement program at Thomond, a strategic marketing consultancy, I advanced into a full-time role with a matching increase in responsibilities. Assisting on client accounts mainly based in the hospitality and hospitality tech sector as well as AI SaaS sector both in London and East Anglia. Worked in the rebranding, positioning and activation of strategic campaigns within Thomond. This has included work on website development and maintenance with Wix, Wordpress and Hubspot as well as working across SEO, conversion optimisation, social media marketing (both paid and organic), competitor analysis, market research, Google analytics analysis, newsletter design, photoshoot organisation, copy writing, PR and print research.
