Digital Marketing Lead

• Lead on large growth marketing project for Loopcloud. Defining the technical set up, strategy and implementation to improve conversion rate and acquisition cost.
• Ecom marketing setup, strategy, analysis and implementation for key clients: Run The Jewels, Fat Possum, Arts & Crafts, Cherry Red.
• Working on large album release campaigns running the entire advertising strategy and planning, along with digital creative initiatives.

• Whilst at the company, I was previously exclusively working with AWAL, overhauling the internal structure and managing the digital media strategy for over 50 global projects: Including Lauv, Pet Shop Boys, Little Simz, The Kooks and Kim Petras to name a few.

• Restructured & expanded digital team. Hired two new reports in differing roles to support UK and International marketing team on artist campaigns
• Headed up UK digital team that includes three direct reports
• Accountable for campaigns including, but not limited to: Content strategy & creation, SNS management, eCRM, display & social advertising, website (build+management), optimisation and analysis across all aspects.
• Collaborate with communications manager on Believe's online presence and strategy: Including print, digital media, B2B & B2C events, and corporate social accounts - socials managed directly by digital team
• Advise and actively run social accounts for Queen. I worked closely with management and Fox on the blockbuster film 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. The Instagram account grew by 150% to 1.9mil in first two months of taking over accounts
• Built up in-house equipment and team abilities to create content for both still & moving visuals that are used on corporate and artist campaigns
• Restructured campaign initiation process so all key marketing plans and data development are all in place prior to starting campaigns
• Advised wider Believe group on digital strategy for distribution client campaigns and international local signings

• Plan, execute and manage digital strategy for selected [PIAS] repertoire and provide sound good practice consultation to artists, management, labels and [PIAS] UK & International marketing team.
• Accountable for Campaigns including, but not limited to: Content strategy & creation, SNS management, eCRM, display & social advertising, website (build+management), optimisation and analysis across all aspects.
• Currently developing centralised best practice and creative concept documents to inspire digital first campaigns.
• Working with the creative director to develop in-house content tools. This offers labels & artists additional and cost-effective options.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and artists to establish campaign KPIs and drive fanbase communities and social numbers for both labels and artists.
