As Co-founder of Podville Media, an HD video and audio media production studio in Washington, DC, I’ve combined my passion for storytelling and communication with cutting-edge technology. Starting from Podcast Village in Gaithersburg, Maryland, our journey has led to winning multiple Telly Awards, including three in 2023, and achieving the number one spot on Apple Podcasts in the music category with our show, ‘Rap Stories.’ With over 25 years in the DC/MD/VA commercial real estate market, my diverse experiences—from developing Queenstown Harbor Golf to leading in the Maryland Tourism Council and the National Golf Course Owner’s Association—have enriched my perspective on effective communication. These roles have been pivotal in shaping my approach to media and podcasting. My second book, ‘The Tao of Podcasting,’ is where I blend my Philosophy major with practical insights, offering a unique look at podcasting through the lens of the Tao Te Ching. This work reflects my belief in the importance of every aspect of production, emphasizing the ‘silence before the sound’ or what I call the ‘pause before the podcast.’ Outside of work, I’m a proud father of 23-year-old twins and a passionate musician, playing the mandolin in a folk duo and a jug band.
