In 2012, I started Podcast Village, now Podville Media, in Gaithersburg Maryland. It has been an amazing media journey. Today at our studios we provide everything that you need to record and produce absolutely spectacular media. The planning, permitting, construction and management of Queenstown Harbor led to a wonderful association with the National Golf Course Owners Association and The Brick Companies. I served on the board of directors and was thrilled to participate as proponent for the golf industry, although I am still a lousy golfer. I was honored to serve as President of the NGCOA and received an award for legislative development for a register to vote program called "Drive the Vote!".

During this memorable time, I also chaired the MTC legislative day in Annapolis. This was a fantastic introduction for some successful lobbying I later accomplished for the golf industry. But somehow, always on the coldest day of the year. Always.

Hey, I was just out of college and wanted to get started (from the basement up...) in the DC real estate industry. I learned a LOT though. I actually wrote a parking lot management program on my Atari 800, that we used successfully against parking poachers.

After more than a decade producing podcasts, I am still amazed by the potential of Internal Podcasts, or as I also call them, Inward-Facing Podcasts.
