In addition to providing meals, I also oversee all elements of hospitality, food, and beverage service within the residence and manage relationships with food-related vendors and contractors.

Good Leaf Smoothies

In 2016 I developed the concept for a frozen smoothie cube that could be added blended with any beverage of choice to make a smoothie, and I developed product recipes for four flavors and designed the company's branding and packaging. After establishing our e-commerce website and social media, I canvassed NYC to pitch the product to owners and managers of grocery stores, bagel shops, cafes, and hotels, and demonstrated how to use product to make smoothies for customers in-store. 

The experience of building something from the ground up was an exciting time, and in the end product market fit was our downfall.
