I have been working in recruitment for 5 years and was promoted in 2022 to become a Senior Consultant. I am passionate about matching candidates to not only the job description, but also the fit & culture of the business, as this is becoming increasingly important in modern recruitment. I hold a BSc Degree in Psychology and Criminology, which has equipped me with valuable insights and skills in understanding human behaviour, motivation, and decision-making. I leverage these skills in my recruitment process, ensuring that I assess and communicate effectively with diverse and talented individuals.
