Hello! 👋 I'm Charlotte, a Product Manager at OSOM. I'm interested in crypto, DeFi, web3 and fintech - anything that's disruptive and has the potential to change the world. Crypto is my main area of focus at present, and I believe offers a powerful opportunity to make financial services more efficient, accessible, fair, and user-friendly. I come from a technical background, having studied Business/Managerial Economics at Newcastle University. My first job was in sales and customer services, where I learned the importance of strong communication and analytical thinking. These skills have been invaluable in my current role as a product manager - it's my job to develop products that meet the needs of our users, and to communicate these products effectively to the team. I'm also a mother of two young children, so I know the importance of flexibility and efficiency when it comes to working from home or on the go. I love hiking, travelling, and wild swimming in my free time.
