During this experience in Thailand I was in charge of

• Recruiting: briefing with the companies, selecting & interviewing the candidates, writing reports about the matching candidates, being the liaison between companies and candidates

• Animating and handling the logistic of the 3 monthly workshops presented by the HR department

• Organizing once a month a set of "Meet the Experts workshops": liaising with the experts and the participants, handling the logistic and being present on the D-days to assure the success of the event

• HR Marketing & Communication: promoting the events, workshops and fair organized by the Chamber with emailing and social media ( Facebook / LinkedIn) as well as promoting qualify candidates in a Monthly Newsletter ( CV-Link)

• Participating & assisting the other departments in some events

The HR & Recruitment Service is mainly dedicated to member companies of the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain whom we have very close relationships with. • Manage recruitment campaigns from meeting with the clients, liaising on terms & conditions and contract, drafting job descriptions, sourcing, candidates interviews, presentations to the clients, and salary negotiations

• Participate to meetings with MD’s, Managers and partners of potential and existing members of The French Chamber to create, maintain and develop high quality relations with The French Chamber.
• Ensure the excellent visibility of the service
