● Analyzes accounts information to identify, credits, arrears, and other discrepancies. Confident in making web-based phone calls to clients for the collection of arrears;
● Prioritizes and manages client’s expectations - Investigating and resolving any accounts inquiries by staff or clients. Confidence in communicating with clients over email in a clear, concise, and professional manner;
● Detailed working knowledge of Philippines taxation, accounting and regulatory requirements. Facilitates and ensures timely tax returns preparation, submission, and payment of tax dues, including submission of monthly, quarterly, semi annual, and annual BIR filing requirements in coordination with the external Treasurer and Auditor;
● Creates and processes BIR Alphalist, tax annualization, and manages payroll tax deductions, reporting, BIR Form 2316, and other tax forms; and
● General accounts-based administrative tasks or processes as assigned.
