I began my professional journey as a Front Office Associate in the hotel industry, but my passion for helping others led me to explore volunteer programs. Working closely with local communities and traveling to remote areas opened my eyes to the significant challenges people face, from basic needs to social issues. Profession As a Digital Educator and Community Service Provider, I manage my YouTube channel, "EmpoWiz Official," creating educational content on data cleaning, Excel, and MS Office tools. I also serve as a mentor, providing guest lectures in computer science and soft skills training to students. Additionally, I operate an Emitra center and work closely with NGOs and government departments on documentation and reporting. My passion lies in digital literacy and empowering others with the skills they need to thrive in today’s digital world.
