I used to think my purpose would be found in what I chose as a career. I also thought I had a lot more control over it. Now, I believe that connecting to our calling is an incredibly natural and effortless way of living. The real work is slowing down enough to understand who we are and what is actually important to us. I can't count the number of times I've asked myself the question: What do I really want? Many of the clients I've worked with are successful in their current role, but feel like they struggle with the clarity, confidence or self-discipline to transition to something more fulfilling. I believe the traits and qualities we were gifted and the ones we've cultivated over the course of our lives without planning to are the keys to unlock our most fulfilling future. I love helping people recognize their unique combination of strengths while offering practical guidance for job searching and career transitions. I've guided clients to promotions, new jobs, and most importantly, to feeling energized by their work instead of drained. My ultimate goal is to empower the seekers I work with to develop a deeper level of self-trust in order to make the best decisions (for themselves) and be able to navigate whatever happens in the future with ease. Every new journey with a client is important and sacred to me - for that reason I always start with an initial consultation to get to know each other before we discuss moving forward.
